Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your VANTAGE Executive — not just talked into keeping it. If it's not right, send it back.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return it for a full refund. No specific reason required, no restocking fee, no return-form gauntlet.

Condition

To be eligible for a return, your frame must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, including the hard case and cleaning cloth

Items that show signs of wear, damage not related to a manufacturing fault, or are missing their original packaging may be refused, or may only qualify for a partial refund.

How to Start a Return

Email support@vantageframes.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm the return and send you the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case, we cover it, no exceptions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm it's been received. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to reflect it on your statement.

Exchanges

Want a different colour instead of a refund? Email us at support@vantageframes.com and we'll arrange an exchange once your original item is received back with us, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@vantageframes.com with a photo of the issue. We'll sort out a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

International Orders (UK / EU / US)

If you're ordering from within the UK or EU, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under consumer protection law, separate from this policy. Our 30-day window already extends beyond this legal minimum, so in practice this policy is what applies.
