Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order, and are provided by our carriers in good faith — they are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.
Free Shipping
- Orders over £75 ship free, automatically applied at checkout
- Orders of 2 or more pairs also ship free, as part of our second-pair discount — no code needed
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, contact us at support@vantageframes.com and we'll look into it.
International Orders, Duties & Customs
For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be — please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 14 days at support@vantageframes.com with your order number (and a photo, if the item arrived damaged). We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address after ordering, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
